We produced concepts and drawings for this kitchen which resulted in a fantastic modernization with a cottage look. New granite, maple, travertine, stainless, windows, lighting, paint, carpentry and decorating all came together for a warm, inviting kitchen. We managed the whole process with project timelines, spreadsheets, invoice control, drawings and photography.

We inspected, photographed, surveyed and produced drawings of the exterior and interior components of the roof, drainage and utility features; then we compiled an inspection report for the owner.  The report is a wonderful tool for insurance documentation purposes. The considerations for proposed repairs included new energy efficiency products, longevity and retrofitting for reduced costs.

We started with raw land and brought this new construction home up to the sky. We worked with the general contractor; we approved all the subs; inspected all invoices; required all workers comp certs; gained all permitting approvals and managed all change orders on this job.   The owners were kept updated using drawings, project timelines, spreadsheets and costs were documented using Quickbooks.

This owner purchased several acres and wanted to subdivide it into lots for development. We worked with surveyors, geo technical specialists, county& building departments and adjacent landowners to design a Land Use Plan for residential purposes.  We then produced drawings and gained approval on our plat.

We created the concepts, dimensioning and drawings; we then interviewed several manufacturers, painters and installers, then created agreements between all; The scheduling, payments and final photographs resulted in a seamless, well executed installation. The customers never had to deal with any contractors or deadline issues.

This home needed a makeover; we cut the dormer into the roof; built stone columns, designed and built the arbors; installed a brand new "Architectural" roof; installed new landscaping and gave it a new paint scheme.  As always, all tasks were documented using spreadsheets, drawings and photography.

The storm event that ravaged huge areas of Georgia and Alabama on April 27th, 2011, created needs for reconstruction of fences and entire buildings from the ground up.  This property in Alabama was next door to a home we worked on as we negotiated with the insurance company to fund the replacement of her roof and surrounding collateral damage.  Luckily, the families were safe and the process of re-building went perfectly.  We continue to receive work from insurance agents and customer referrals in both Georgia and Alabama.
