Mr. Hinojos has been involved in various capacities of the real estate field in Georgia for nearly 20 years. His experience includes investing in higher end rental homes, landlord and property management, renovations and sub-contractor management. He then gained his licenses as a real estate agent then as a broker of his own company. In addition, he has provided services as a developer and builder. Today, the main focus of his efforts is in growing the project management aspect of the business. 

Our goal at 1SourceBuilders is to provide superior customer service, excellent documentation and final accountability in our efforts to insulate the property owner from the daily grind of managing their own projects. We offer short term contracts so the investor, business owner or the home owner can utilize our services and not have to hire employees or rely on several tradesmen or suppliers.

Mr. Hinojos realized as a Georgia licensed real estate broker he could further his interests by owning a brokerage service to aide the public and increase his holdings in the real estate business. Since 2002, Mr. Hinojos has represented buyers and sellers in retail transactions as well as negotiating real estate deals on behalf of investors.

Investor & Residential Renovations Expert

Mr. Hinojos has researched, negotiated, financed, leased and sold numerous homes for residential and investment purposes. In addition, he has researched, analyzed and negotiated deals on mobile home parks, apartment buildings, duplex and quadraplexes. 

Residential Landlord (1981-2007)

In his early twenties he rented houses from owners and then sublet rooms to tenants. As the responsible lessee of the homes, he learned to manage tenants, budgets and vacancies. In the 1990’s he began purchasing homes and managing them as rental properties. In 2007 he sold his last rental property and now focuses his efforts on larger transactions.
